Calanque Swimwear, on a principle of ethical and sustainable fashion, aims to produce less and better. Creating better quality clothes is above all a product that lasts over time and avoids overconsumption.
Every year, according to GreenPeace, about 12 million tons of plastic end up in our oceans.
This is why we have chosen to use a fabric designed from the collection of plastics in the Mediterranean Sea and their transformation. The crops are transformed into flakes and then spun into reels of recycled polyester in Spain. Then, they are woven and dyed in Portugal next to our embroidery company and our factory.
Our choices have been made in such a way as to limit the carbon footprint of our swim shorts while ensuring that we respect our workers and the environment.
Choosing a Bath in Provence or a Stopover in the Mediterranean means opting for a way of life in harmony with the gentle Mediterranean landscapes.
Together, let's protect our seas and oceans.
