Lavish is an exclusive Jewelry brand whose mission is to dress women with luxury, handmade works of art! Everything we make is 100% made by hand using our crochet technique. The materials we use are gold-plated copper wire, as well as crystals and natural stones. Our jewelry is made in Brazil by a team made up exclusively of women artisans who imprint their love onto each piece! We have offices in Boca Raton, FL - USA and in São Paulo, SP - Brazil. The brand draws inspiration from global trends and cultures to create its collections. The company has been in the market since 2005, flawlessly adorning women with beauty, confidence, and power.
Our team at Lavish is comprised of 100% women, of which 33% are single moms supporting their whole families, and many others are head of household. Over 65% of our staff are people of color and we employ a vast range of ages from 24 to 65 years old including women, moms, divorced, single moms, black, and head of household in most cases.
We keep Lavish as diverse as possible, giving every woman real opportunities in a country where otherwise they would be forced to work undignified jobs and in very bad, sometimes unsafe conditions. Most of our team members have been working with us for about 10 years. As a women-owned and run business, we understand how essential this work is for most of these women. Our mission at Lavish is to produce a great product to empower women, by women and create an environment where all women can flourish, a safe place where opportunities are given to all who want to join our family. Internationally recognized jewelry designer Tricia Milaneze founded Lavish in 2005. Since then her unique style - combining a vintage look with modern-day influences - has become her iconic signature, gracing some of the world’s most famous fashionistas; including Jennifer Lopez, Fergie, and Sarah Jessica Parker; and garnering the attention of various magazines.
A talented artist from a young age, Tricia is a strong woman with an instinct and natural talent for luxury and sophistication. Born in Brazil and based in the United States, she has been the creative mind behind Lavish since its foundation, whose mission is to empower women through beauty and confidence. Her unique pieces combine the ancient handmade artistry of crochet with a luxurious modern flair. She carefully designs each and every necklace, bracelet, and pair of earrings, paying close attention to the smallest details.
