What is your personal fashion style?
A mix of styles including classic lady like, plus rock-n-roll and cocktail glam. I’m really inspired by vintage fashion from the 20s - 80s, so I like to mix genres and decades. I especially love unique pieces that stand out.

What do you do for a living?
I’m an Senior Vice President of National Publicity for a movie studio.
If you could throw a parade of any caliber through your office, what type of parade would it be?
A parade with the Alabama State University Marching Band where my father graduated combined with a NOLA, second line processional. There would be beads, candy and moon pies for all!

What is your favorite item in your closet?
Anything my Mom gave me that’s vintage and there’s too many to count!
What is the best and worst purchases you’ve ever made?
My best purchases are my Hermes bracelet that I bought on vacation in Italy; Black lady cameo pins from Ashaka Givens and a light blue suede moto jacket. I don’t believe in bad purchases, because I usually regret what I DON’T buy, not what I buy, so I try to choose carefully.

I’ve always loved Joie. They have an accessible yet fashion forward aesthetic that you can wear for work and play.

I’m loving the documentary on Netflix - She Did That about Black female entrepreneurship.
When social distancing comes to an end, who is the first person you will see and why?
I’d like to see my family in Atlanta, Georgia and Montgomery, Alabama, because family is everything.
